Land-Form PANORAMATM 

Ordnance Survey's Land-Form PANORAMA is a digital height product for Great Britain, which is available in either of two forms:

  • Contour tiles, which include contours, spot heights, breakline, coastline, lakes, and ridge and form lines.
  • Digital terrain model (DTM) tiles - a 50m grid of heighted points derived from the contour product.

Contours are in vector format and are at 10m elevation intervals. Spot heights are to the nearest metre. The accuracy of contours is typically better than 3m. The DTM consists of height values at each intersection of a 50m horizontal grid. Use for terrain analysis, visual impact studies and local planning applications.

National cover is provided in the form of 20km x 20km tiles and supplied in DXF® format (AutoCAD® release 12 compatible).
