Synopsis

Setting sales targets as % increments over prior year performance does not aportion market potential correctly and treats those stores or branches performing at their full market potential unfairly by setting an unrealistic target.

The Wendover Group recommend a methodology using a predictive analytics technique to create peer groups with similar trading and market characteristics and to set goals which maximise the market potential for a given store/branch. 

Using our own goal setting tool - GOALISSIMO! - we can allocate targets at individual store/branch level right up (or down) through the hierarchy to ensure individual and territory targets all align with macro level organisational sales objectives.
