The tool allows a human editor to hand-tweak territory assignments, those assignments may have been generated by an automated process or may be existing assignments being updated.

Designed with ergonomics in mind the tool allows quick and simple territory adjustment using a graphical editor. Graphs and tooltips show how well the new territories compare to optimum, and the range of travel times within each territory. This information is also available in tabular form.
