We can generate maps to your specification using your data. We can also include Ordnance Survey data and other datasets held by us where appropriate.

Map Data

 Map include your spatial data, some examples are:

• Your sites, or your competitor sites
• Your customer locations
• Potential customer locations

Analysis Results

Including additional geographic data on the maps allows you to see at a glance how your assets are deployed, or where there is scope for optimisation. These might include:

• Census variables
• Service demand estimates
• Service delivery times or targets
• Area demographic profile
• Travel time or distance polygons from your sites

Presentation

Data shown on the map may be presented in a number of ways:

• Thematic shading, where areas on the map (wards, postal areas, sales territories or census output area) are coloured according to a data variable (e.g. population size, demand estimate, sales target).
• Symbols, which may vary in colour, shape and size to represent difference variables.
• Dot-density maps are useful in certain circumstances to identify geographic clusters.
• To help orient your map in the real world background mapping may be added using Ordnance Survey or other map data.

Quantity

Our map production flowline, using desktop publishing package Scribus and map production tool Mapnik, allows us to produce maps in every quantity from a one-off for a single project to millions of maps for use in a promotional campaign. We can produce maps as digital image or on paper at any size (including wallpaper). We can also arrange for mounting through a third party.
